450g/1lb Minced Pork
1 small Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Thai Curry Paste
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander
A little Vegetable Oil
1. Place the mince, onion, Thai curry paste and coriander in a large
mixing bowl and mix well, squidging the mixtures with your fingers.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and using floured hands, form each portion
into a burger about 12mm/ ½ -inch thick.
3. Brush the burgers with a little oil and cook over medium/hot coals for about
20 minutes, turning very frequently and brushing with more oil.
