Easy Thai Pork Burgers

Serves 4

450g/1lb Minced Pork
1 small Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Thai Curry Paste
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander
Plain Flour
A little Vegetable Oil


1.  Place the mince, onion, Thai curry paste and coriander in a large mixing bowl and mix well, squidging the mixtures with your fingers.

2. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and using floured hands, form each portion into a burger about 12mm/ -inch thick.

3. Brush the burgers with a little oil and cook over medium/hot coals for about 20 minutes, turning very frequently and brushing with more oil.

Serve on their own or in a bun with garnishes such as shredded lettuce and tomato slices

Can also be cooked under a conventional grill for about the same length of time.

Using a hamburger press as shown on the left, cuts down on the amount of time it takes to make each burger and ensures all your burgers are the same size and so cook at the same time
