1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and
mix well, using your hands and squidging the mixture
2. Form into 8 burgers (patties), brush with a little
oil then place oiled side down onto the grill and cook
over medium hot coals for approximately 15-20 minutes,
turning 3 or 4 times during the cooking period and
brushing with a little extra oil each time before you
turn, until cooked through.
Serve on their own or in a bun with garnishes such as
shredded lettuce, tomato slices, pickled gherkin slices,
mustard, ketchup or mayonnaise.
