Thin slices of White Bread


Thin slices of Ham




1. Remove the crusts from the bread, butter one side of each slice and make into sandwiches using one slice of ham between two slices of butter bread.


2. Cut into fingers 5cm/2 ins long and 1cm/ 1/2 inch thick.


3. Either shallow or deep fry for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.


Serve the ham croutons with soups.
