Makes approx 450g/1lb     Cold Vegetarian Vegan  Nuts Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy free  Eggless

675g/1 lb Unsalted Roasted Peanuts (in shell)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Peanut or Vegetable Oil


1. Shell the peanuts then place in a food processor and process until almost smooth.

2. Add the oil and salt and blend to mix.
